Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your email address and quiz answers when you take the tattoo archetype reading at yours.inkarty.app. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible for your data

If you are in the EU or UK and want to raise something about how we handle your data, write to the address above. We answer within 30 days.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and a little about how the page was reached:

Your email address — typed by you at the end of the quiz.
Your quiz answers — the eleven options you selected, plus the archetype result calculated from them.
Whether this is your first tattoo — your answer to the last question, used to decide which version of the reading you receive.
Basic source information — which link brought you here (for example, which social account), and the date and time you completed the quiz.

We do not ask for your name, your age, your location, or your phone number. We do not collect payment details on this page. We do not upload or store photographs.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To send you your reading and your three designs	Your consent, given by ticking the box before you submitted the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
To send you further emails about tattoo designs, styles and InkArty offers	The same consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
To decide which version of the reading fits you	The same consent — this is what makes the result personal rather than generic.
To understand which social accounts and posts bring people here	Our legitimate interest in knowing whether our own marketing works (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

We do not use your answers to make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. It is a tattoo quiz.

Who else sees it

Your data sits with two service providers, both of which process it only on our instructions:

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — stores your contact record and sends the emails. Data is held within the EU.
Netlify (USA) — hosts the quiz page and the function that receives your submission. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your email address, rent it, or share it with advertisers or other companies. If we are ever legally required to disclose data, we will do so only to the extent the law demands.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you have not opened any of our emails for 24 months — whichever comes first. After that your record is deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we do not accidentally email you again.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us to:

show you what we hold about you
correct anything that is wrong
delete it entirely
send you a copy in a portable format
stop using it for a particular purpose
stop sending you marketing — the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email does this instantly, no explanation needed

Write to ookgroup@gmail.com for any of these. Withdrawing your consent does not undo what we did with it beforehand, but it stops everything from that point on.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Moldova this is the National Center for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

This page sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner, because it does not need one. Your quiz answers are held in your browser's memory only while you are answering, and are gone the moment you close the tab.

Children

This quiz is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted their email, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in an email before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
